The rest of the month the communication is done through the e-learning platform. Additionally, the rhythm of the program is customised to your time and needs.

Originating in the USA during the 1960s, Therapeutic Writing has gained significant recognition in recent years across Europe. INFORMATION

The training is certified by the official international certification service Libero Assurance and gives to the participants 235 Continual Professional Development (CPD) units and 7.8 ECTS/ECVET.

The training is intensive and includes:

• Live online teaching once every month
• Study of the literature and supplementary educational material
• Written home tasks
• Experiential exercises
• Supervised practice

After completing the training, you will be able to use the techniques immediately in your professional practice. You will receive a certificate of attendance which will list CPD and ECTS/ECVET credits.

The program is designed and facilitated by the licensed psychologist, MSc, PhD candidate Dimitra Didagelou, who has extensive expertise and specialization in the field of expressive writing and bibliotherapy.

With her background in psychology and writing, coupled with advanced training in Therapeutic Writing Dimitra brings a wealth of knowledge and practical experience.

Reflection and supervision are essential elements in the progress of those working in the field of mental and physical health, in order to face the challenges emerge in practice.

During the online seminar, therapeutic writing techniques will be used as reflection and self-supervision tools. The aim is professional development, improvement of the relationship with the clients/patients, understanding and processing of the issues that arise among them, review and reflection of their work with them.

Upon completion of the seminar, participants will be able to continue to use the techniques themselves or as part of their supervision.

The seminar cannot replace supervision, but it can act as a complementary tool.

The seminar is suitable for mental and physical health professionals and related professions (psychologists, psychiatrists, doctors, mental health consultants, social workers, coachers, special education teachers, speech therapists, occupational therapists, carers, etc.).
